Get Makeup Out of Anything

I love the layers. They're so defined. And I like how it's a straight cut at the bottom and not a “v”. My hair is fine and chopping away precious length just to put in layers is a big no-no. Now if only I could find the perfect brown hair colors to hi/lo light.
